The boring bits.

So, I guess I should give you an idea of what you'll find on this blog, or maybe you've already guessed it due to the title of the blog!

I intend for this blog to showcase my interests and hopefully you'll enjoy it. It is going to consist of make-up, fashion, vintage, pin up, Gothic and burlesque related things. These may include product reviews, things I've found that I think are interesting, outfit of the day posts, maybe even some hauls, various make-up looks and basically just general chit chat. I may post things that are off topic, so thing of this like a journal. It may be sporadic but for the most part it will be about the things listed above.

You're probably wondering who I am, so here is some basic information. I'm Stephanie. I'm 19 years old and I'm from Cardiff/United Kingdom. I am a psychology and sociology student and also a photographer. I'm pierced and not yet tattooed. I'm 4' 11", yes indeed I am very short.
I have a love for the Gothic subculture and also the 1950's era, both of which I take my main inspirations from when it comes to styling. I have a love for burlesque dancing and I have a huge girl crush on Dita Von Teese, but who doesn't aye? haha. I also take inspiration from the 1920's and 1940's eras too. I love both the traditional and Victorian Gothic styling. Rockabilly and psychobilly also inspires me too!

Music may also play a big part in this blog because it does tend to go hand in hand with fashion whether we like it or not. I'm into a wide variety of genres, so I'll name a few to give you an idea. Black metal, thrash metal, death metal, folk metal, death metal, punk, new wave, goth, country, blues, folk, rockabilly, psychedelic rock, indie, grunge, Motown, alternative, spoken word, doom metal and some rap/hip hop. Yes, you get the idea.

Hopefully this blog will be something you all enjoy and will be something that will continue to grow.
